Note that cycling and mountain biking events have a specific licence, please select that activity instead

Please Note:
Events < 30 people do not require a licence
(1) For events >30 people requiring a licence, a safety plan is required. Please follow guidance on safety planning issued by relevant National Governing Body
(2) For commercial events, a detailed safety plan prepared by suitably qualified person will be required.
(3) For Parkruns, there is a National Agreement in place with Park Run Ireland. Forest manager to agree route & issue an email to local organiser. Only affiliated Park Run events will be facilitated.

Pricing
Licence prices are ranging from €0.00
(1) Events < 30 people - no fee.
(2) Events > 30 people - a fee of €150 per event applies
(3) Commercial Events - All events operating on a commercial basis will require a licence and an appropriate fee likely to be minimum €500 + 10% of the entry fee per participant.
(4) For Charity Events - no fee but this applies only where 100% of funds raised goes to a registered charity or recognised community fund. Proof of authenticity will be required. If less than 100% of funds raised goes to charitable cause, then deemed a commercial activity and commercial rates apply.
(5) ParkRuns - No Fee but only affiliated Park Run events will be facilitated.

In heavy snow/ice conditions, we may have to close some car-parks and recreation sites, at short notice.
